JACKSON, Mississippi– On Saturday, June 3, Jackson police arrested a 17-year-old named Zachary Stevens in connection with a homicide case.
Stevens has been charged with capital murder.

The incident took place around 9:00 a.m. in the 5200 block of Old Byram Road, according to Captain Abraham Thompson.
Police did not provide any additional details about the homicide.
