ADAM COUNTY,Illinois– The Adams County Sheriff’s Office reported that a man from Illinois was taken into custody after deputies, while on patrol, observed the man engaging in “sexual contact with a horse.
Jack R. Blanke, 40, was arrested on charges of sexual contact with an animal and criminal trespassing.
The sheriff’s office said the incident happened when the deputies were on stationary patrol and observed Blanke on the property having sexual contact with the horse.

Blanke was taken to the Adams County Jail.
