PORTLAND, Oregon– The Portland Police Bureau reported that a shooting at Capitol Bar in northeast Portland left three people injured early Sunday morning.
The incident occurred just after midnight when officers responded to the scene and found a man and two women shot.
First aid was administered, and tourniquets were applied before all three were transported to a hospital for treatment. Authorities say they are expected to survive.
