
Alvin Deandre Parker
HOUSTON,TEXAS–A suspect who was detained in connection with the shooting of a man at 3000 Rosalie Street at around 1:00 a.m. on May 10 has been charged.
In the 337th State District Court, the suspect, 39-year-old Alvin Deandre Parker, is accused of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault on a family member, and felon in possession of a weapon. Parker’s booking photo is included in this press release.

The 36-year-old victim was taken in critical but stable condition to a local sanitarium. Detective C. Grahmann with the Major Assaults & Family Violence Division of the HPD reported When police were called to a shooting report at a hearthstone at the following address, they discovered that Parker had shot his family (the victim) for an unspecified cause.
When a woman at the hearthstone made an effort to assist the victim,Parker shot her and injured her. The woman shot back. Parker and the woman were not struck. The sufferer was taken by paramedics to a sanitarium. At the scene, Parker was placed under guardianship.
He was taken to jail and later accused with three felonies in connection with the firing incident.
