
Aron-Jones has a history of convictions, including one in 2017 for assaulting another resident at the treatment facility, causing visible injuries and rendering the victim unconscious. Another conviction occurred in 2019 for a violent outburst within the facility, resulting in $2100 worth of property damage. This outburst involved swinging a sock containing a hairbrush at objects and making numerous violent threats towards staff members.
In 2020, Aron-Jones allegedly bit a staff member, causing an open wound, while the staff member was attempting to put a spit mask on Aron-Jones. Prior to this, Aron-Jones had already punched a staff member and was reportedly spitting on them. As of now, he has not been formally charged for the incident that occurred on Monday.
