Fresh information is coming to light regarding the apprehension of an Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) officer who stands accused of shooting his parents. This development coincides with the release of three comprehensive body-camera videos recorded by the police, capturing the incident that led to the arrest of ODNR officer Austin Snyder in Union Township.

“One officer commanded, ‘Get on the ground. Get on the ground. Put your hands behind your back’,” as they proceeded to arrest Snyder, who was subsequently handcuffed and escorted to a police cruiser.

Curious about the events, an officer inquired, “What happened?” to which Snyder responded, “I do not know, sir.”

Following their investigation, authorities pressed charges against Snyder for allegedly shooting both of his parents.
